Something New Is Taking Shape for 2027.
We’ve been looking closely at what our guests enjoy, what the Gaylord community is looking for and where we see the biggest opportunities ahead.
For 2027, we’re creating an updated food, beverage and entertainment experience that will be even more connected to Alpen Bluffs Outdoor Resort.
Expect great food, a relaxed atmosphere and an experience that feels distinctly Alpen Bluffs — while still being a place the Gaylord community will want to enjoy.
New ideas. A stronger connection to the resort. More reasons to gather, eat, drink and spend time at Alpen Bluffs.
Thanks for Being Part of Mulligans.
To everyone who joined us for lunch or dinner, grabbed a drink, played a round, attended an event or spent time with us this season — thank you.
We’re looking forward to seeing you on the simulators this fall and winter, hosting your upcoming private events and showing you what comes next in 2027.
